15th Annual Upper Valley Model Railroad Show
Our show was held on Sunday, April 14, 2002
at the Lebanon High School in Lebanon, NH.
The show was open to the public from 10 am to 4 pm.
Tickets were $4.00 per adult and $1.00 per child.
We had:
- Cash door prizes!
- Model railroad layouts and displays in N, HO, O and large scales!
- 'How To' workshops teaching scenery building skills (it's easier than you
think!)
- Performances by Bob
Oxford, a local folk singer, from his recently released album
"Trains, trains and more."
- Video hall with various railroad themed videos playing all day
- Over 80 dealer tables with a variety of items for sale including:
-railroad models
-railroadiana
-original artwork
-tools
-electronics (including the lastest in train control plus neat special effects gadgets)
-detail parts
-consigment items for sale
-railroad-themed toys
-scales from the Z to G.
- Displays for local railroads and historical societies including
-White River Junction Chapter of the National Railway Historical
Society
-Central Vermont Railway Historical Society
-Boston & Maine "494" Restoration Committee
-Green Mountain Railroad
